The tool does not stick if only you know how.

Owners buy ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok. Then they are the only person who uses it. The counter still types the same email. The estimator still starts from a blank page. In a month the subscription looks like a toy, and the shop is back to after-hours typing.

That is not a training-video problem. People remember what they just did on a real job. They forget a demo.

What “done” looks like

After a half-day your people should be able to, without you standing there:

If they cannot do that on Monday without you, the session failed. We do not count “they saw a demo” as done.

How we actually do this with you

Shop Walk, free, 30 minutes. We pick one workflow the team already owns. We do not schedule a workshop on that call. We confirm there is a real job worth teaching.

Teaching, $1,500 half-day, or $99–$149 a seat. Four hours. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok: whichever you already have. Three blocks only:

  1. Quotes (including photos if that is how work arrives)
  2. Inbox replies
  3. Their Monday leftover list

We use your last customer, not a sample. Each person leaves with one saved instruction they can open without you. We will not put a public workshop on the calendar until we have done one real workflow with a shop. If you want the room now, say so. If you want the workflow first, that is the Shop Walk.

Counter Setup, $497 is the setup. Teaching is how it survives after we leave. They are different jobs. Do not buy both unless the walk says you need both.

What the half-day actually contains

No slides about the future of AI. We use the tool you already pay for.

What we will not do

If that is the gap: info@scientiamtech.com. Say teaching. Tell us how many people and which tool you already use.
